Meredith Bishop
Meredith took time out of her day to meet with a parent. Meredith listened without showing judgement. She gave the parent a lot of her time and reassurances in the one on one meeting. As a result, the parent felt heard and validated. She focused on the child's strengths and gave the parent hope. Meredith earned the parent's trust through listening and telling the parent about all of her child's capabilities.
-Marti Hinrichsen-Rumbold
Maddie Woiwode, Kris Bohannan, Hannah Coffey, and Mandy Rader (The 137 & 139 Crew)
I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing ladies this school year. Maddie is up for anything and willing to help in all areas. She is always up for a challenge and is able to anticipate behaviors and redirect as needed! Kris is a details oriented worker. She knows all the ins and out of the classroom and keeps us organized! Hannah is our go to person when it comes to behaviors. She understands behaviors and does a great job of de-escalating! Mandy is our resident artist. She is so creative and keeps the students busy doing fun and engaging art projects! I'm so glad these ladies decided to work at Schramm this year. They all bring a special unique expertise to the classrooms and without them it would not go as smoothly as it has!!!
-Johnica Tucker
Ashlie Reinhart
Ashlie is always willing to help out and jumps in to help all the time. I'm so happy to get to work with her this year.
-Heidi Putman
Chit Arrowsmith
She goes room to room helping out every day and always happy. Thank you.
-Heidi Putman
Stephanie McCain
Updated all the log forms in the nurse office and followed up to insure all g-buttons/accompanying supplies were not expired. She reached out to parents to facilitate this process.
-Christy Dillard
Tiffany Fletcher & Ericca Graves
They've allowed me to bring some students down to visit that will be moving up to high school next year and have be welcoming and kind to them. This will be great as they enter their high school years to familiar faces and a familiar environment!
-Sara McElroy
Kayla Ullett
Kayla is always looking out for the students. She is willing to help. She takes the time out of her day to answer questions. She comes up with great ideas. Thank you, Kayla. Room 135 loves you!
-Heidi Putman
Tim Estes
We were getting slammed with garbage in the usual dumpster with throw away items from classrooms (food, etc.). Tim had the idea to have the two separated-with the non-food going into the construction dumpster. This saved a lot of space in the regular dumpster. Tim helped the school be more efficient!
-Matt Sommer
Kim Lauer
Kim facilitated a meeting with the Adult Services Vision Rep. from DRS. She advocates so well for her students and always has their best interest in mind.
-Meghan Brake
