August 2022 Nominees

Laura Stuff
Laura gives her all day in and day out! I am inspired and invigorated watching her prepare for the opening of school. She is such a hard worker and committed to her staff and students.
-Anne Risen

Eric Wass
Eric has done a wonderful job getting the school ready for the 22-23 school year. His drive and dedication should be rewarded! The school year could not have started without him.
-Laura Stuff

Allee Mayberry

Allee has been helping create new bulletin boards at Rogers. She has been collaborating with different departments to create a board that represents the different departments/services that TMCSEA has to offer. This is great for other school personnel from our districts to see when they come to Rogers for Professional Development. Great Work Allee!
- Meghan Brake

Tiffany Fletcher
Tiffany comes in every day with such a positive and welcoming attitude. She shows great compassion for all of her students. I really enjoy being able to see how Tiffany incorporates all of the students likes into their activities through the day.
-Ericca Graves

Sara McElroy

Offering to cross-train on tube feedings with her students. She was integral in managing a student's diabetes and I greatly appreciate her help with a particular if the need should arise.
-Christy Dillard

Takohma Beach

Parent of a student expressed the following "Just spent an hour on the phone with ________ teacher just listening to her strategies & her telling me how much she adores _______ & has seen vast improvement just since summer school, & how we're going to continue. We are just so blessed to have the support system he has at school & the fact that there's teachers who WANT to help & deal with these kids: being able to see past their bad behaviors takes such patience & compassion. Teachers absolutely don't get paid enough especially the special education department."
