Tazewell-Mason Counties Special Education Association is located in picturesque west central Illinois and is in close proximity to Illinois State University, Bradley University, and Illinois Central College. Our headquarters are housed at the Schramm Educational Center, in Pekin, IL, a community of over 30,000 residents. Nearby cities which are frequented by area residents are Peoria, Springfield, and Bloomington-Normal. Chicago and St. Louis are within an easy three-hour drive.

Directions from the North & East

Take I-55 south to I-74 going west. Take I-74 going west to I-155. Take I-155 going south to the Broadway Road Exit. Turn right on the Broadway Road exit. Continue Broadway Road to Schramm Drive in Pekin (approx. 9 miles). Turn right on Schramm Drive and go approximately 3 blocks to Willow St. Turn left onto Willow Street for 1 block then turn right into the parking lot of TMCSEA/Schramm Educational Center.

Directions from the South

Take I-55 north to I-155. Continue north on I-155 to Broadway Road (approx. 30 miles). Turn left on Broadway Road going west to Schramm Drive in Pekin (approx. 7-9 miles). Turn right on Schramm Drive and go approximately three (3) blocks to Willow St. Turn left onto Willow Street for 1 block then turn right into the parking lot of TMCSEA/Schramm Educational Center.

Directions from the West

Take I-74 going east to I-474 (west of Peoria). Take I-474 going east to Route 29 (approx. 8 miles). Take Route 29 going south (approx. 6-8 miles) to Route 98. Take Route 98 going east (approx. 2-3 miles) to Parkway Drive. Turn right on Parkway Drive going south until you get to Willow St. Turn left on Willow St. (approx. 1 mile) to Hemlock Dr. and turn left into parking lot of TMCSEA/Schramm Educational Center.
