Jen Doyle
Not only is Jen one of our amazing job coaches, she is also one of the most versatile staff members we have here at Schramm. Whether it's helping to foster job skills with our high schoolers, helping students during lunch time, or assisting with getting students to and from class or to the playground, just to name a few, Jen is always willing to jump in and help out, and she always does it in a calm manner as well as with a smile on her face. We are so THANKFUL to have her as one of our helpers for our class and wouldn't know what to do without her!

Chris Erickson
Chris is one of the most laid back, easygoing teachers I have ever met and is a perfect fit for our high school boys. Not only does he do a great job of teaching, but he also chooses lessons and activities that are interesting, important, and meaningful to his students. Recently, as I was passing by his classroom, I observed him teaching a lesson on fire safety, and ALL students in the classroom were attentive and engaged in the learning process like gentlemen. He has high expectations for his students with regards to how they behave and treats them with the utmost respect. He's been a great help to me as I've transitioned into teaching at the high school level here at Schramm.
-Tiffany Fletcher
Ramie Nauman
Ramie has been such a wonderful mentor to me ever since I arrived at Schramm! Even though I am a "veteran teacher," I was new to the learning environment here at TMCSEA. Not only has she walked me through the many processes new teachers in a district must learn to navigate, she also continues to check in on me to see if there is anything I need. Ramie has the most calm, sweet temperament, especially with her students, and is a perfect fit for Early Childhood. I'm so thankful for her and feel blessed to be able to call her friend.
-Tiffany Fletcher
Kylsea Cox
Kylsea is an AMAZING speech pathologist!!! Her relaxed, cheerful demeanor with the students is so admirable and appreciated. She's always willing to answer any questions we may have about our students. Whether it's a concern I have about communication, a question about visual supports, or anything regarding communication devices, Kylsea is always willing to help out and does it in a friendly manner. We (as in myself, Miss Ericca, and our students) absolutely LOVE when she comes to our class to do group speech lessons! Her happy spirit is contagious and is so much fun! If you were to walk in while she is doing a lesson, you'll find students engaged and smiling or laughing, taking turns, and engaged in the learning process. We love Miss Kylsea and feel blessed to get to have her as our speech teacher!

She was a big asset during some severe behavior challenges yesterday. She helped out with the other students and made sure that they were all taken care of while I was assisting with an individual student. She got them to and from lunch, and brought us materials that we needed as soon as she was asked. She also made sure to have someone watching the students and ran to our classroom as soon as I told her I needed help. Very grateful for everything Rose Marie does!
