Tina Martinez
Tina has been essential to my classroom since I joined Schramm. She is a hard worker who always does what's best for the kids. She has also created several art projects for students which are inclusive and catered to their needs. Thanks, Tina!
-Sara McElroy

Dani Bollinger
Dani is new to Schramm but it's like she has been here for years! She is caring and eager to learn. I appreciate you!
-Sara McElroy

Hannah Coffey
Hannah volunteered for the tootsie roll drive, during her personal time, to help raise money for our students!!
-Johnica Tucker

Mandy Rader
Mandy is always offering her assistance when she sees someone struggling. She is a team player!
-Johnica Tucker

Amber Caldwell
Amber has been an amazing addition to my class this year and is one of the most generous, down to earth, hardworking women I have met. She asks me every single time she enters my classroom how she can help out or if we need anything and jumps right in, taking initiative to minister to the needs of my students in any way she can. She talks to the kids in such a relaxed, soothing manner and makes them feel so valued and loved and isn’t afraid to take on new challenges with regards to helping students. I absolutely LOVE her and find her authenticity and genuine kindness to be so refreshing. She’s someone I can easily sit down and have relaxed conversation with. Amber is such a BLESSING to me and someone I am happy to call friend.
-Tiffany Fletcher

Matt Sommer
Matt is an amazing addition to Schramm. Not only has he done a great job keeping my classroom neat and clean, every single time he sees my students, he acknowledges them and interacts with them in a friendly way. Each afternoon when Matt comes to sweep, one of my students (who is waiting for his bus to arrive), looks forward to Matt’s arrival and conversational exchange, pointing out that we’ve put the chairs up on the tables for him. Matt treats him and all of my students with a smile, such friendliness, and in a dignified way. We are so happy to have him as a part of our team and always look forward to seeing him.
-Tiffany Fletcher

Tony Carlson
Tony has such a fun-loving personality with my students and talks to them like the true teenagers they are, which is so awesome to see. Whether it’s bantering back and forth with one student about baseball (His favorite team - The Atlanta Braves. Her favorite - The St. Louis Cardinals), or checking to make sure their physical needs are met, such as making sure their various AFO supports are on and/or positioned correctly, Tony shows a great deal of compassion and concern for the students at Schramm and does it in a fun yet dignified manner.
-Tiffany Fletcher

Eric Wass
Eric has been such a BLESSING to me since I’ve been at Schramm. Not only is he very approachable and laid back, he makes sure my classroom (along with all other rooms at Schramm) is always equipped with everything I need to run it. This summer, he even went out of his way to help me get a vintage kitchen table I had purchased on the marketplace for my students, hauled it across town for me, and then carried it in as I relocated to a different classroom. Whether it’s changing a lightbulb, bringing in furniture from the shed, cleaning up messes, or rigging up a desk partition to bring my idea for a kitchen countertop to life, Eric is always willing to jump in and help out, and I am just so thankful for him!
-Tiffany Fletcher

Tim Estes
Tim is one of the most genuine, hardworking men I’ve met to date. Not only does he do a great job taking care of Schramm, daily, he is so friendly and respectful. Every single time he’d come to clean my classroom last year, Tim made sure to ask if it was okay for him to come in at that time, which was so kind and considerate. We would engage in brief conversations as he’d clean. While talking, the amount of respect I learned he has for Schramm teachers and paraprofessionals was heartwarming as he’d mention, almost daily, his appreciation for all we do. It is easy to see Tim is a class act. He is a joy to talk to and is someone I very much appreciate and respect.
-Tiffany Fletcher
