Kelly McGrath
She always does her best to meet the needs of our students, and always helps out wherever she can. Whenever a need or a concern is mentioned to her, she comes up with a solution or brings in the requested material as soon as she can. She is always doing her best to be there for the students and provide for their needs, and is always going above and beyond. She is always willing to stop and help out, or collaborate on ideas to help the students or help the teacher get the needed supports for their students.

Krissi is the type of administrator that a team really needs and relies on. She is focused, confident, knowledgeable, supportive and a team-player. TMCSEA is blessed to have her as a leader. Schramm is lucky to have an administrator that is visible and available. Blessed is an understatement.

Ericca Graves
What doesn't she do? Ericca is ALWAYS willing to jump right in and help out! She is always friendly and kind and is FULL of great ideas! She takes initiative in the classroom and is a team player, always willing to do any job that is asked of her. She's creative, organized, and loving yet firm when she needs to be which is such a strong asset to have when working with students of all ages. I absolutely LOVE coming to work with such a great teammate and enjoy our time in the classroom together. The kids adore her, like I do, which is evident in their laughter and smiling faces. Whether it's bus duty, or recess, or simply passing by in the hallway, Ericca is 100% creating a culture I'm happy to be a part of here at Schramm!

Laura Stuff
Laura is a natural leader at Schramm! She is the epitome of JOY and is ALWAYS smiling and laughing, regardless of the circumstances! Her calm, forgiving temperament is a must have quality to possess, especially when working with students who are teens, and Laura pulls it off like no other. She has an amazing personality and works so well under pressure. Her commitment to the students and staff members at Schramm is evident in all she does. She is a great example of someone who creates a culture I'm proud to be a part of!

She facilitated a students education by working with nursing, parents and myself to get a wheelchair so that he can come back to school and access the building successfully. She went out of her way to help me communicate with parents and meet the students needs.

Kelsey is willing and ready to jump in whenever needed. She has done a great job of growing and changing as her classroom has changed, dramatically! I can always count on her to follow my expectations without prompting!

Laura had 1 day notice to be ready to present to the staff for our first SIP day. She did not hesitate to jump at the request and ended up presenting on Boom Learning and how to utilize Boom Cards in the classroom. She also let the staff know about how CANVA and the SNIPPING Tool can be beneficial to support classroom instruction.

Presented to the staff for our first SIP day. She joined in with Sara to present to the staff on Behavioral Strategies for students with Autism. Meredith has also spent time working with the Therapy Dog, Captain and it is really wonderful to see him interact more at Schramm this year.

Eric responded immediately to fix a problem on the playground (removal of a broken swing that a student was fixating on). He did so quickly and with a positive attitude!

Michelle is always willing to help and find a resolution when there is a problem. She has great ideas and goals for her students and she tries her best to meet their needs. I love that she has transformed her room and made it fun and has different sensory areas for the kids if they need a break. Thank you for being kind to all as well. Keep up your great work.

Jennifer Doyle
When a student was having a seizure on the bus she stepped in and sat with the student while the bus monitor and driver got the rest of the kids off, then helped get the chair up on the bus and helped remove the student safely to the nurses.
