Kassie Powers - Kassie is constantly showing compassion towards students when in crisis.  She goes above and beyond to make sure they are doing well and ensuring their safety. - Haley

Mandie Kelly- I can always rely on Mandie to conduct thorough PT evaluations and effectively communicate the results to the IEP team, including parents, in a clear and meaningful way. -Becky Hopkins

Kaitlyn Skinner - Kaitlyn is new to Schramm and has already shown she's a great asset.  Anytime I see her throughout the day she is interacting with the students in a positive way whether its working in the classroom, walking down the halls, or playing on the playground.  Kaitlyn helps students when they are struggling and shows compassion for their needs. I appreciate everything she does for the students of Schramm. - Johnica Tucker

Maddie Woiwode - Maddie has really stepped up in the classroom since we have been short staffed.  She jumps in and helps any way she can.  If she sees something that needs to be done she jumps in and does it without hesitation. Our classroom would not run as smooth without her. - Johnica Tucker

Chris Erickson - Chris volunteered to help at the Career Summit at ICC.  He was extremely helpful showing presenters to their rooms, helping them carry items, and helping student engage in workshops. - Meghan Brake


Takohma Beach - Takhoma demonstrates consistency and calmness when managing student behavior.  She takes the time to listen and problem-solve, creating a therapeutic environment that meets her student's needs - Anonymous

Jill Calvin - Jill assisted in attaching wheelchair mounts to students chairs for speech generating devices.  She problem-solved out of the box solutions for difficult mounting situations. - Stephanie Barb
