They are constantly supportive and jumping in helping out with any crisis that has gone on and offer to help out if we are short handed. These two step right up to the plate every time and we could not ask for better co-workers. I love their support and willingness to be there.

Kassie is always willing to step in and help when there is a crisis starting to escalate. She will check in to see if another staff member needs a break or help during those times. She also has great teamwork and she goes above and beyond.

Constantly stepping in to guide us with any new behaviors we are seeing and guiding us in the best possible way to help de-escalate the situation at hand. She is a great help when we are not 100% sure what our next move should be. She points us in the right direction and we are thankful for her.

Takohma has been great with getting our class in working order. She gives us pointers and guidance with the students. We had a crisis one day, and she came running out of her room to step in and help as well. I appreciate her teamwork and helping us out when we need it.
