What is Creating the Culture?
TMCSEA strives to set a standard of excellence and a culture that is a positive and enjoyable environment for both staff and students. We would like to recognize individuals that exercise this type of enthusiasm in their environment
How it works:
Dear Colleagues,
Thank you so much for taking the time to contribute to our culture by spreading the word about the AMAZING work we do on a regular basis. If you are new to our team, I want to invite you to share in our Creating the Culture.
1. Look around you and find a teammate living one of the following values: Integrity; Caring; Empathy; Compassion;
Respect; Commitment; Honesty
2. Click the link at the bottom of this page and complete the Creating the Culture form.
3. Tell us who you are, who you want to "call out" for Creating the Culture and tell us why.
4. Click submit.
We will recognize one or two staff members Creating the Culture each month. On a BIG month, we might even hit THREE! It may take some time between the submission and the time your shout-out goes public.

Eric fixed toys from a test kit. He fixed a bunny and a dog that are switch activated and I didn't know how to fix. He had to do invasive surgery on the bunny to fix the wiring.
-Marti Rumbold
Jen Snider
Jen is very invested in making sure every student she meets has a way to communicate with the people around them. She always makes herself available to SLPs in member districts and shares all of her knowledge and experiences about devices with them.
-Marti Rumbold
Tiffany Fletcher
Tiffany shows that shes is genuinely excited and happy to see each student who walks through the doors of Schramm every morning by standing in the hall and greeting all of them.
-Marti Rumbold
Joe Dougherty
Joe has volunteered to help take one of my students to the bus who has been having trouble with transitions lately. I appreciate it!
-Sara McElroy
Danni Bollinger, Rose Marie Behringer, Kelly McGrath, Esther Crandell, Christy Dillard, Johnica Tucker, Stephanie McCain, Tony Carlson, Jessica Schulzki
They all stepped in to help our classroom while a student was having serious behaviors. They helped the paras and the other students and ensured that they were safe and did their best to help manage student behaviors. It means a lot knowing I have people around willing to help whenever it is needed.
